    How to turn on the switch of the smart product ?

    Long press the power button of the smart product until the indicator light flashes. The smart product is now turned on successfully.

    What can be done if the indicator light of the smart product was not lit?

    A possible cause is that the intelligent product is out of power. You can use the attached USB charging cable to connect the smart product to a computer or a power source. Wait for a while until the indicator light is lit. It is recommended to use it after it is fully charged.

    What can be done if the smart product fails to pair with the App?

    Please make sure the smart product indicator light is flashing, the distance between the mobile phone and the smart product is controlled within 10 meters, the mobile phone Bluetooth version is 4.0 and above, and the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on. After the above conditions are met, please search through the App again.

    How to check the battery level of the smart product connected via Bluetooth?

    Find in the App [interactive interface-product battery icon at the upper right corner], the battery level of the current smart product connected is displayed in the form of a bar. Battery is full if the bar is full, and battery is low if the bar has more blank space.

    What are the features of the 9 vibration modes in the massage interface?

    In the lower left corner of the massage interface, you can see a "all/single/random" button switching the play order of massage modes. The play order (all/single/random) can be selected after vibration is started.

    How does the strong vibration mode feel like?

    How to play strong vibration: the vibration amplitude of all vibration motors of smart products will reach the maximum, allowing users to enjoy the most joyful vibration massage experience instantly.

    How to operate massage vibration mode with fingertips?

    Click the [fingertip operation] button in the lower right corner of the massage interface, click to enter the hand-drawn vibration curve interface, connect with the smart product via Bluetooth, draw a curve with your hand, then you can experience a hand-drawn customized vibration mode.

    How does the smart product vibrate while playing video?

    After the App is connected to the smart product via Bluetooth, click the video to download it automatically, then click the downloaded video to play it automatically. The sound amplitude frequency data of the video is transmitted to the smart product via Bluetooth on the mobile phone and vibration is generated then. Follow the rhythm of the video sound and feel the vibration of the smart product in real time.

    What operation modes are there when the video is playing?

    1 While playing the video, you can click the previous / next to switch to different videos;

    2 Click the pause button, the video play will stop and the vibration of the Bluetooth connected smart product will stop as well;

    3 Click the play button, the video will play normally and the Bluetooth connected smart product will vibrate;

    How to upload a video to the interactive interface of the App?

    iPhone:

    1. [Photos and videos]: after you agree to transfer the photos and videos in the phone, the App can automatically get the format video from the Gallery of the phone;

    Android phone:

    1. The App will automatically scan the phone's memory for videos in MP4 format and display in the system video of the interactive interface after the scan is completed successfully;

    1. [System music]: after your consent, the App can obtain the music of the system music software automatically;

    3. [Default 2 music]: two music files are automatically saved in the App.

    How to search and add friends?

    1. Enter the message interface;

    2. Click the search fiends bar;

    3. Input your friend's email address/ID;

    4. After you find the information of the other side, click follow.

    How to send chatting message to your friends?

    1. Enter the friends interface, select the head portrait of a friend and click to enter the chat interface;

    2. After entering the chat interface, you can send chat message like text, voice, emoji and others, send pictures, send videos, have remote video chat and remote phone chat.

    How to make interactive control with my friends under remote massage mode?

    1. Click the remote control button located in upper right corner of the chat interface to control the vibrating spear or the masturbation cup of the other side;

    2. Select a massage vibration mode and send it;

    3. Your remote friend receives the control request and clicks agree;

    4. Your remote friend's phone will jump to search for Bluetooth smart product and connect it automatically;

    5. Once the smart product is successfully connected, it will automatically generate vibration reaction after receiving the control instruction sent by the other side;

    6. Click the upper right corner again to select a massage mode, you can make the smart product of the other side vibrate directly.

    7. After you exit the chat interface, the mutual remote control will stop and the vibration of smart products will stop as well.

    How to make interactive control with my friends under remote video chat?

    1. Click the [Video] icon in the lower left corner of the chat interface, or the [+] button in the lower right corner to initiate a video chat request;

    2. After the other side clicks the agree button in the chat interface, the two sides can see the real-time video status of each other;

    3. Click [Send massage mode] button at the bottom, the other side will receive a request "receive a command control";

    4. Once the other side clicks [Agree] command control request, his/her phone will jump to search for smart product. The smart product will automatically generate vibration reactions as soon as it is connected via Bluetooth;

    In my interface-enter settings at the upper right corner, find the user feedback entrance, fill in your contact information and your feedback, then submit so that we can receive the information.

    How can I set a lockout password for the App to prevent others from peeping it?

    In my interface-enter settings at the upper right corner, you can set a lockout password for the App by entering an effective four-digit number. So the next time you visit the App, you will need to enter a number to get access to it and use its functions.

    How to upload videos with Android phones

    1 The App will automatically scan the phone's memory for videos in MP4 format and display in the system video of the interactive interface after the scan is completed successfully;

    2 If there is no video in your phone, you can just download from other video apps or import videos to your phone's memory card from your computer;

    3 [Default 3 video]: you can download videos directly from the Internet and play them in the App.

    How to upload music with Android phones

    1 The App will automatically scan the phone's memory for music in MP3 format and display in the music list of the interactive interface after the scan is completed successfully;

    2 If there is no music in your phone, you can just download from other music apps or import music to your phone's memory card from your computer;

    3 [Default 2 music]: two music files are automatically saved in the App.

    How to upload videos/music with iPhone

    1. Connect your iPhone to your computer with a data line;

    2. Download iTunes from the official website of Apple and install it to the computer, download link: http://www.apple.com/cn/itunes/download

    3.Open the iTunes software and click the "Trust" button on your iPhone. When you see the icon of the iPhone that has been successfully connected to iTunes software on your computer, click it to enter;

    4. Click on the left column [settings-summary], then click on the right column [Options - check the box "manual music and video management" - click application in the lower right corner]

    5.Click on the left column [My settings-Application], drag the mouse down, find [file sharing-our smart products app], drag the selected videos / music in the computer into the list, then you can see them in the [interactive interface] of the App after they are added successfully.

    6.Click on the left column [My device-Video / music], drag the selected videos / music on the computer into the corresponding Video / Music list, then you can see the successfully added videos and music in the [Interactive interface - Video list interface] and [Interactive interface - Music list interface] of the App respectively.

    7.After the videos / music are transferred from the computer, unplug the data cable, you can see the uploaded video and music in the app's [Interactive interface-video interface] and [Interactive interface-music interface] respectively.

    8. Special note: If you have clicked refuse to obtain videos or music from phones when the App is acquiring videos in the interactive interface, then the App will be unable to obtain any video / music. Please Set [Photo] + [Camera] + [media library] to allow state through [iPhone - Settings - FunToy App].

  • Instructions for End User License Agreement (EULA)

    1. Contents generated by users, such as chat text emoji messages, voice messages, Video Chat messages and Voice Chat messages, will be processed by the mechanism of "strict filtering of bad user information", namely when a user is generating offensive content, he/she will be prevented from using the content by taking drastic measures.

    2. We will deal with it in the form of user reports. Contents reported by users include: porn and vulgar content, disturbing advertisement, politically sensitive content, illegal or criminous information. After pass of review the other side will be added to the blacklist.

    3. After the user submits the report information successfully, the chat message sent by the other side will no longer be received by the user. The software content reviewer will carry out strict review within 24 hours upon receipt of the report message and will contact the user for legal communication. Users who violate laws seriously will be blocked and their accounts will never be used again.

  • Data use policy

    1.What types of information do we collect?

    We must process information about you in order to provide FunToy products. The type of information we collect depends on how you use our products. You can learn how to access and delete the information we collect by visiting the FunToy settings. The operations you performed with others and the information you provided.

    The information and content you provide. We will collect the content, communications and other information you provide while using our products, including information you provide while registering an account, creating or sharing content, sending messages or communicating with others. This further includes information contained in or related to the content you provide, such as photo location information or file creation date. The content you see through features we provide (for instance, camera) is also included in the purpose that we can recommend makeup effects and filters you might like, or provide tips on how to use the various camera formats. Our system will automatically process the content and communication information provided by you and others to analyze the background and the information contained in it for the purposes described below.     Social network and relation network. We collect information about people, public homepages, accounts, hashtags and groups associated with you as well as how you interact with them using our products, for example, the person who communicate with you most, or groups you join. We will use these information to help you and others find other users you may know or for the following purposes.

    Your usage. We collect information about how you use our products, such as the type of content you view or interact with; the functions you use; the operations you perform; the person or account you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your online activities. For example, we will record the time you use our products, the latest time you use them and the posts, videos and other content you view in our products.

    Information about transactions carried out in our products. If you use our products to purchase or recharge, we will collect information about those purchases or transactions. These information includes your payment information, such as credit or debit card numbers and other card information, other account and identification information, bill, delivery and contact information.

    Information about you provided by others and contained in operations performed by others. We also obtain and analyze the content, communications and information provided by others when using our products. These may include information about you, for instance, when others share or comment on your photos, and send you messages.

    Device Information described as below, we collect information from mobile phones and other connected devices you use that integrate with our products and information about these devices, besides, we combine these information from different devices you use. For example, we use the information we collect about you using our products on your phone to better customize the content (including ads) or functions you can see when using our products on other devices, such as mobile phones, or to evaluate whether you ’re going to respond and take actions on other devices to ads you see on your phone .

    The information we obtain from these devices include:

    Device properties: information such as operating system, hardware and software version, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, names and types of applications and files, and plug-ins.

    Device operation: information about the actions and behaviors that the user performs on the device, such as setting of the window (foreground or background), or the movement of the mouse (which helps to distinguish between manual and machine operation).

    Identification information: a unique identifier, device number and other identification information (such as information obtained from the game you play, the app or account you use), and a home device number (or other identification information unique to a FunToy product associated with the same device or account).

    Device signals: information on Bluetooth signals, surrounding Wi-Fi access points, beacons and cell towers.

    Information from Device Settings: information that you allow us to receive through the device settings you enable, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.

    Network and connection: information such as your mobile operator or name of your ISP, language, time zone, phone number, IP address and connection speed, and in some cases, information about other devices on or near your network that allow us to perform various operations.

    2.How do we use these information?

    For the purpose of providing and supporting FunToy products and related services described in the FunToy Terms, we will use the information we have (subject to your choices) in the ways described below. Specific ways: provide, customize and optimize our products.

    The information we have will be used to deliver our products (including customized functions and content, such as your Moments and ads) and make recommendations to you in our products or through other channels (such as groups or events that you may be interested in, or topics that you may want to focus on). In order to create a unique, personalized product that is related to you, we will use your relation network, preferences, interests and activities based on below information: data we collect and learn from you and third parties; the ways you use and interact with our products; users, locations or things you connect with and are interested in in our products or through other channels.     Information across FunToy Products and devices: we will correlate information about your activities across different devices and FunToy products so that you can have a customized and consistent experience no matter what device or FunToy product you use.

    Location-related information: we use location-related information (such as your current location, place of residence, where you want to go, commercial entities and people near you) to provide, customize, and improve our products (including advertisement) to you and others. Location-related information may be based on: accurate device location information (if you allow us to collect it), IP address, and information about you and others using FunToy products (such as check-ins or participation in events).

    Product research and development: we use the information we have to develop, test and improve our products, including conducting surveys and research, testing and troubleshooting new products and functions.

    Ads and other sponsored content: we use the information we have about you (including your interests, behaviors and relation network) to select and customize the advertisements, special offers and other sponsored content displayed to you. Provide effectiveness measurement, analysis and other commercial services.

    We use the information we have (including your activities outside our products, such as websites and ads you have viewed) to help advertisers and other partners evaluate the effectiveness and coverage of their ads and services, and learn about the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services.     Enhance user security, data security and product reputation.

    We use the information we have to verify accounts and activities, fight against harmful behavior, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the credibility of our products, and enhance user security and data security inside and outside FunToy products.     When you share and exchange information through our products, for example, when you post a moment in FunToy, it can be viewed by all FunToy users.

    Public information can be viewed by anyone — whether or not they use our products or have any account. These information includes any information that you share with the public; information in your FunToy public profile; and the content that you share on the FunToy public homepage.     Content about you shared or shared again by others

    You should consider who you will share the content with, because if others can see your activities in our products, then they can also share this content with others (including users or commercial entities you haven’t selected as subjects for sharing) through our products or other channels. For example, after you share a post or send a message to a specific friend or account, the other side can download, take screenshots of the content or share it with others within or outside our products, in person, or in a virtual reality experience (such as FunToy Spaces). Also, when you comment on someone else's post or leave feelings about someone else's content, your comments or feelings can be viewed by anyone who can see the content shared by that person, and that person can change the viewers afterwards.

    Besides, other users can use our products to create content about you and share it with the viewers selected by them. For example, these users might share your photos in a moment, mention or tag you in a post, or share information about you in their posts or messages.     Information about your online status or activeness in our products.

    Other users in your network can see some indications telling them if you are online in our products or not, including whether you are currently online in FunToy or the latest time you use our products.

    Sharing with third-party partners

    We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our products or those who use FunToy business tools to develop their business, so that our company can function properly and provide free services to users around the world. We will never sell any of your information to anyone. We will also place strict limits on how our partners use and disclose the data we provide. The following are the types of third parties with whom we share information:

    Partners who use our analysis service.

    We provide aggregated statistics and analysis to help users and commercial entities understand how other users interact with their posts, sale information, public homepage, videos and other contents within and outside FunToy products. For example, homepage admins and Instagram homepage of commercial entities will receive information on how many people or accounts that have viewed, commented on their posts or left their feelings. In addition, summarized demographic statistics and other information that helps them understand how people interact with their pages or accounts will be provided.

    Advertisers.

    We provide advertisers with abundant and detailed reports on the user types that have viewed their ads and the effectiveness of the adds. WE we do not share personal information (such as your name or email address that can be used to contact you or identify you) that identifies you without your permission. For example, we provide advertisers with general demographic statistics and interest information(for example, people who view their ads are women between the ages of 25 and 34 who live in London and love software engineering) to help them better understand their advertising audience. We will also confirm which FunToy ads can guide you to buy or perform actions at the advertisers.

    Partners for effectiveness measurement.

    We share information about you with companies that aggregate user information to provide analysis and effectiveness measurement reports to our partners.

    Partners who provide goods and services in our products.

    If you subscribe to paid content or buy from a seller in our products, the content creator or seller may obtain your public information and other information you share with them as well as information needed to complete the transaction, including delivery and contact information.

    Suppliers and service providers.

    We provide information and content to suppliers and service providers who give us supports including: providing technical and infrastructural services, analyzing the use of our products, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.

    Law-enforcing departments or required by laws.

    We will share information with law-enforcing departments or required by law under below circumstances.

    4.How to manage or delete information about myself?

    We offer you the functions to access, correct and delete your data. You can learn more in the FunToy settings.

    We will preserve the data until we no longer need it to provide services and FunToy products or until your account is deleted - whichever occurs earlier. This requires a specific analysis, depending on the nature of the data, the reasons for data collection and processing, and the legal or operational requirements for preservation.

    Once you delete your account, we will delete the content you post, such as photos and status updates, and you will not be able to recover such deleted information. Information shared by others about you will not be deleted since it is not part of your account. If you don't want to delete your account but just stop using the product temporarily, you can choose to deactivate your account. Whenever you want to delete your account, you can just visit the FunToy settings.

    5. How do we respond to legal requirements or prevent injuries?

    We will obtain, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcing departments or others under below circumstances:

    Respond to legal requirements(such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we have every reason to believe that the law requires us to do so. Respond to lawful requests from jurisdictions outside Hong Kong may be included if we have every reason to believe that such response is required by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, that such response will affect users in that jurisdiction and meets internationally recognized standards.

    We have every reason to believe that doing so is necessary to achieve following objectives: to detect, prevent and resolve fraud, unauthorized use of products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activities; to protect ourselves (including our rights, assets or products), you or others (including those involved in investigations or regulatory inquiries); or to prevent death or possible impending physical harm. For example, we will communicate with third-party partners about your account reliability information to prevent fraud, violations or other harmful practices within and outside our products if necessary.

    If the information we obtain about you (including financial transaction data generated while you are using FunToy to buy something) is subject to legal requirements or obligations, governmental investigations, investigations that may violate our terms or policies, or actions to prevent harm, such information may be accessed and preserved for an extended period of time. We will also preserve information of accounts disabled due to breach of our terms for at least one year to prevent repeated breaches or other violations of our terms.

    6.How do we operate and transfer data to provide a global service?

    We share information globally in accordance with this policy - within companies under FunToy and with our partners externally as well as with whom you contact and share worldwide. For example, your information may be transferred or transmitted to the United States or other countries/regions outside your place of residence, or preserved and processed in these regions for the purposes described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary for us to provide services described in the FunToy terms, to operate worldwide and to provide you with our products. In order to transfer data to the United States and other countries/regions, we will use standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, comply with the country and region specific adequacy decisions adopted by European Commission and obtain your consent.

    7.How will we notify you if this policy changes?

    We will notify you before we revise this policy so that you can review the revised policy before you choose to continue using our products.
