Long press the power button of the smart product until the indicator light flashes. The smart product is now turned on successfully.
A possible cause is that the intelligent product is out of power. You can use the attached USB charging cable to connect the smart product to a computer or a power source. Wait for a while until the indicator light is lit. It is recommended to use it after it is fully charged.
Please make sure the smart product indicator light is flashing, the distance between the mobile phone and the smart product is controlled within 10 meters, the mobile phone Bluetooth version is 4.0 and above, and the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on. After the above conditions are met, please search through the App again.
Find in the App [interactive interface-product battery icon at the upper right corner], the battery level of the current smart product connected is displayed in the form of a bar. Battery is full if the bar is full, and battery is low if the bar has more blank space.
1. Contents generated by users, such as chat text emoji messages, voice messages, Video Chat messages and Voice Chat messages, will be processed by the mechanism of "strict filtering of bad user information", namely when a user is generating offensive content, he/she will be prevented from using the content by taking drastic measures.
2. We will deal with it in the form of user reports. Contents reported by users include: porn and vulgar content, disturbing advertisement, politically sensitive content, illegal or criminous information. After pass of review the other side will be added to the blacklist.
3. After the user submits the report information successfully, the chat message sent by the other side will no longer be received by the user. The software content reviewer will carry out strict review within 24 hours upon receipt of the report message and will contact the user for legal communication. Users who violate laws seriously will be blocked and their accounts will never be used again.
We must process information about you in order to provide FunToy products. The type of information we collect depends on how you use our products. The information and content you provide. We will collect the content, communications and other information you provide while using our products, including information you provide while registering an account, creating or sharing content, sending messages or communicating with others. This further includes information contained in or related to the content you provide, such as photo location information or file creation date. The content you see through features we provide (for instance, camera) is also included in the purpose that we can recommend makeup effects and filters you might like, or provide tips on how to use the various camera formats. Our system will automatically process the content and communication information provided by you and others to analyze the background and the information contained in it for the purposes described below. Social network and relation network. We collect information about people, public homepages, accounts, hashtags and groups associated with you as well as how you interact with them using our products, for example, the person who communicate with you most, or groups you join. We will use these information to help you and others find other users you may know or for the following purposes.
Your usage. We collect information about how you use our products, such as the type of content you view or interact with; the functions you use; the operations you perform; the person or account you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your online activities. For example, we will record the time you use our products, the latest time you use them and the posts, videos and other content you view in our products.
Information about transactions carried out in our products. If you use our products to purchase or recharge, we will collect information about those purchases or transactions. These information includes your payment information, such as credit or debit card numbers and other card information, other account and identification information, bill, delivery and contact information.
Information about you provided by others and contained in operations performed by others. We also obtain and analyze the content, communications and information provided by others when using our products. These may include information about you, for instance, when others share or comment on your photos, and send you messages.
Device Information described as below, we collect information from mobile phones and other connected devices you use that integrate with our products and information about these devices, besides, we combine these information from different devices you use. For example, we use the information we collect about you using our products on your phone to better customize the content (including ads) or functions you can see when using our products on other devices, such as mobile phones, or to evaluate whether you ’re going to respond and take actions on other devices to ads you see on your phone .
The information we obtain from these devices include:
Device properties: information such as operating system, hardware and software version, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, names and types of applications and files, and plug-ins.
Device operation: information about the actions and behaviors that the user performs on the device, such as setting of the window (foreground or background), or the movement of the mouse (which helps to distinguish between manual and machine operation).
Identification information: a unique identifier, device number and other identification information (such as information obtained from the game you play, the app or account you use), and a home device number (or other identification information unique to a FunToy product associated with the same device or account).
Device signals: information on Bluetooth signals, surrounding Wi-Fi access points, beacons and cell towers.
Information from Device Settings: information that you allow us to receive through the device settings you enable, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.
Network and connection: information such as your mobile operator or name of your ISP, language, time zone, phone number, IP address and connection speed, and in some cases, information about other devices on or near your network that allow us to perform various operations.

The information we have will be used to deliver our products (including customized functions and content, such as your Moments and ads) and make recommendations to you in our products or through other channels (such as groups or events that you may be interested in, or topics that you may want to focus on). When you share and exchange information through our products, for example, when you post a moment in FunToy, it can be viewed by all FunToy users.
Public information can be viewed by anyone — whether or not they use our products or have any account. Content about you shared or shared again by others
You should consider who you will share the content with, because if others can see your activities in our products, then they can also share this content with others (including users or commercial entities you haven’t selected as subjects for sharing) through our products or other channels. For example, after you share a post or send a message to a specific friend or account, the other side can download, take screenshots of the content or share it with others within or outside our products, in person, or in a virtual reality experience (such as FunToy Spaces). Also, when you comment on someone else's post or leave feelings about someone else's content, your comments or feelings can be viewed by anyone who can see the content shared by that person, and that person can change the viewers afterwards.
Besides, other users can use our products to create content about you and share it with the viewers selected by them. For example, these users might share your photos in a moment, mention or tag you in a post, or share information about you in their posts or messages. Other users in your network can see some indications telling them if you are online in our products or not, including whether you are currently online in FunToy or the latest time you use our products.

We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our products or those who use FunToy business tools to develop their business, so that our company can function properly and provide free services to users around the world. We will never sell any of your information to anyone. We will also place strict limits on how our partners use and disclose the data we provide. Partners who use our analysis service.
We provide aggregated statistics and analysis to help users and commercial entities understand how other users interact with their posts, sale information, public homepage, videos and other contents within and outside FunToy products. For example, homepage admins and Instagram homepage of commercial entities will receive information on how many people or accounts that have viewed, commented on their posts or left their feelings. In addition, summarized demographic statistics and other information that helps them understand how people interact with their pages or accounts will be provided.
Advertisers.
We provide advertisers with abundant and detailed reports on the user types that have viewed their ads and the effectiveness of the adds. WE we do not share personal information (such as your name or email address that can be used to contact you or identify you) that identifies you without your permission. For example, we provide advertisers with general demographic statistics and interest information(for example, people who view their ads are women between the ages of 25 and 34 who live in London and love software engineering) to help them better understand their advertising audience. We will also confirm which FunToy ads can guide you to buy or perform actions at the advertisers.
Partners for effectiveness measurement.
We share information about you with companies that aggregate user information to provide analysis and effectiveness measurement reports to our partners.

If you subscribe to paid content or buy from a seller in our products, the content creator or seller may obtain your public information and other information you share with them as well as information needed to complete the transaction, including delivery and contact information.
Suppliers and service providers.
We provide information and content to suppliers and service providers who give us supports including: providing technical and infrastructural services, analyzing the use of our products, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.
Law-enforcing departments or required by laws.
We will share information with law-enforcing departments or required by law under below circumstances.

We offer you the functions to access, correct and delete your data. You can learn more in the FunToy settings.
We will preserve the data until we no longer need it to provide services and FunToy products or until your account is deleted - whichever occurs earlier. This requires a specific analysis, depending on the nature of the data, the reasons for data collection and processing, and the legal or operational requirements for preservation.
Once you delete your account, we will delete the content you post, such as photos and status updates, and you will not be able to recover such deleted information. Information shared by others about you will not be deleted since it is not part of your account. If you don't want to delete your account but just stop using the product temporarily, you can choose to deactivate your account. Whenever you want to delete your account, you can just visit the FunToy settings.
We will obtain, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcing departments or others under below circumstances:
Respond to legal requirements(such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we have every reason to believe that the law requires us to do so. Respond to lawful requests from jurisdictions outside Hong Kong may be included if we have every reason to believe that such response is required by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, that such response will affect users in that jurisdiction and meets internationally recognized standards.
We have every reason to believe that doing so is necessary to achieve following objectives: to detect, prevent and resolve fraud, unauthorized use of products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activities; to protect ourselves (including our rights, assets or products), you or others (including those involved in investigations or regulatory inquiries); or to prevent death or possible impending physical harm. For example, we will communicate with third-party partners about your account reliability information to prevent fraud, violations or other harmful practices within and outside our products if necessary.
If the information we obtain about you (including financial transaction data generated while you are using FunToy to buy something) is subject to legal requirements or obligations, governmental investigations, investigations that may violate our terms or policies, or actions to prevent harm, such information may be accessed and preserved for an extended period of time. We will also preserve information of accounts disabled due to breach of our terms for at least one year to prevent repeated breaches or other violations of our terms.
We share information globally in accordance with this policy - within companies under FunToy and with our partners externally as well as with whom you contact and share worldwide. For example, your information may be transferred or transmitted to the United States or other countries/regions outside your place of residence, or preserved and processed in these regions for the purposes described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary for us to provide services described in the FunToy terms, to operate worldwide and to provide you with our products. In order to transfer data to the United States and other countries/regions, we will use standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, comply with the country and region specific adequacy decisions adopted by European Commission and obtain your consent.
